ETHIC has developped, in France, the annual event of “My companies “celebration. As working life is a major factor in economic performance, this event gives employers the opportunity to have a new approach to their company. This is made possible through various activities (from a simple game to a gala event : breakfast served on arrival or a party which involves everyone…) in order to celebrate company life, around the theme of :
